Don't get me wrong, there is something deliciously nostalgic and magical about Grandma's Photo Albums. The sticky pages and plastic film, the jammed in photos falling to the floor when you open it, the yellowed images that show just how old the memories are...I'm not knocking it.
However, certain images need to be preserved better so that they last; so that your grandkids can still tell what color your hair actually was when you were 35yo. Hint: Not orange.
Using higher quality substrate material, time-tested hand binding techniques, and high-quality packaging and storage boxes makes warping, yellowing, and binding issues much less likely.
