Family photography became my passion the day I lost my father right after we'd had a family session together. Those photos became instantly priceless. That moment changed everything about why I do this.
The kids call me 'that fun picture lady' and I'll take it. My job is to make photo sessions feel less like a photoshoot and more like a really good afternoon with your family.
My original muses were nature, architecture, and documenting life. This set the stage for the way I capture authentic photos of kids, pets, and families in an artistic yet natural way.
I'm originally from New Orleans, but I now live and work in the Spring, Tomball, Magnolia Texas triangle. Houston, especially North Houston, is full of outdoor landscapes perfect for family and senior photography.
I am committed to helping families across Houston turn their fleeting moments into forever memories with authentic photography and professional printing.
This is your Legacy in Print.
“Lauren has a special talent for capturing beautiful family moments and bringing out individual personalities. We spent 90 minutes laughing, telling stories and having a blast. No awkward poses, just a really fun and relaxing session.” —Emily C.
Your photo session should not feel like a second job.
I do the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your experience.

plus we'll have a planning call to walk through it together.

A: Family sessions are typically 1–1.5 hours. Senior sessions

to view your gallery and design your wall art together.

your door.
Q: Do you shoot indoors?
A: I specialize in outdoor natural light sessions at beautiful
private locations in North Houston but I also offer

Q: What if my kids don't cooperate?

I've worked with every temperament. I am a trained elementary school teacher so I have lots of tricks up my sleeve.
Blink and your squishy little baby is walking. Blink again and they’re picking out their clothes for kindergarten, high school, then their wedding. We snap so many photos with our phones, but when was the last time you sat down and scrolled through your camera roll? What if the important memories were able to be held? Imagine how much they’ll mean when that little person who is your whole life is grown? What will it mean to them to hold these images of you someday. That right there is why I work so hard to help families like yours choose heirloom-quality art that will last.
